“ Its a small town grocery store so youre obviously going to be paying higher prices than you would at a giant big box type grocery store. But living in a small town and having a good selection of quality stuff on hand is obviously extremely helpful and very much appreciated. The staff here are very polite and happy to help and since theyve gotten new owners over the last few years the quality of the food has gone up considerably. ”
“ My opinion about the Lodi Pig is that its the epitome of a smaller community styled grocery store. Its always a little bit like a gathering of friends whenever I go in there, and the owners often genuinely express interest in how Im doing, how the kids are doing, and if there is anything in the store that I need that I dont see. I have liked the noticeable increase in glutenfree products and other healthier food choices. The produce department seems to be consistently improving, as is the store in general....always on the move toward improvement. Sure sometimes the teens that work there are not so cheery and perhaps dont understand excellent customer service, but isnt it great that so many of them have a local place to get a good firstjob experience where they can learn those things?! ”
